Instructions: LangLib – WPF localization using Uids

Hi,

I released instructions to localize a WPF application using Uid / x:Uid for the LangLib.

For now these work only for the MultiDB version, but as I promised to maintain both LangLibs,

I’ll soon release a supported version for the LangLib too.
